My daughter and friends recently attended the premier "party" for High Schoolers. Commissioned to take pictures and finance the accessories, I did what proud parents do. "Why does that cost so much?" and then coughed up the dough anyway.
They had a great time at their prom and made for some beautiful models.

Weekend Ride

I've set a goal of riding 1000 miles this year. Started a little late, but with 5 months of good weather left in the year, there's lots of time to get it done.
Out for the weekend ride and came across this fellow rider. He had a good bike, a cigar and a few minutes to let me take these shots!

Vacation in Egypt

I had the pleasure of spending a week in Egypt. Besides the obvious sites of the pyramids and Sphinx, I got to meet some of the locals and a few old-timers, i.e. Ramesses II. They don't allow pictures of the great mummies, but you can get up close and see the guy that confronted Moses!
